As an artist, I am deeply inspired by the cyclical abundance of autumn—the dramatic moment when the forest sheds its weight in an explosion of amber light and golden rain. Golden Fall is an abstract exploration of that seasonal transformation, focusing on the sensory feeling of standing beneath a falling canopy rather than a literal depiction of trees.
My goal was to create an intensely dynamic surface that captures both the graceful flight and the overwhelming multitude of autumn leaves. The creative process began with laying down a dense, multidimensional background of dark, ashen tones mixed with fluid currents of silver and charcoal. From that deep foundation, I built up layers of shimmering golds and soft creams using a highly specialized cell-pouring and dotting technique. The interplay between the smooth, elegant fluid lines and the thick, tactile droplets creates an incredible visual energy that shifts beautifully when viewed from different angles in room light. It stands as a warm, luxurious monument to nature's seasonal golden hour, painted to bring a sense of organic energy, prestige, and constant movement into your space.
